Does the SOFA that goes into effect on the 1st change how you work with the IA or do they stay the same?

There are many things that the SOFA affect. As far as we are concerned, we are letting the IA do all the work, while we sit back and grit our teeth. There are other factors and events that make an impact as well. Either way, we aren't going to let our guard down.
